Pre-Sales Consultants
Based at Fizzback’s Central London Office.
Role:
• Manage the technical sales interface with Fizzback customers and to project manage the successful implementation of pilots / proof of concept
• Presentations and demo’s of the Fizzback solution to all levels within prospect organisation.
• Build key customer relationships with all levels to ensure empathy and trust
• Support sales, customers and partners with ROI and business case creation
• Work with customers and partners to ensure a complete solution fit
Experience / Characteristics:
• Self sufficient, and likes to be given end objectives with flexibility to take ownership and manage activities & processes to achieve result
• Project management capability to oversee successful set up and management of trials.
• Good communicator to co-ordinate both internal and customer resources efficiently .
• Strong technical background (Java/Eclipse, Dashboards, SQL, Web technologies, Networks & transport layers)
• Able to relate well to customer business drivers and how Fizzback can impact.
• Technical leadership and desire to lead technical discussions
• Ability to deliver against tight timelines
• Experience of the CRM, Analytics, market research or Feedback software industry sectors
