Enterprise Sales Account Managers

Based at Fizzback’s Central London Office.

Role:

• Work with Fizzback Customers and Prospects to ensure the highest levels of Customer Satisfaction in the industry
• Be accountable for Customers and Revenues in one or more of our key industry sectors including Retail, Telco & Media, Finance, Utilities, Travel & Transport, Leisure
• Lead the Fizzback Account Team, building Executive Customer Relationships and ensuring Customer Success

Experience / Characteristics:

• Self sufficient, and likes to be given end objectives with flexibility to take ownership and manage activities & processes to achieve result
• Experience of the Software & technology industries with particular skills in Analytics, CRM & Customer Services, Marketing and Feedback applications
• Good communicator to co-ordinate both internal and customer resources efficiently
• Track record of achieveing revenue targets with a strong reference base across prior customers and employers
• Ability to deliver against tight timelines with Customer Focussed DNA
